Insurance

We are happy to cooperate with individuals who have dental insurance benefits. Dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance company. It is NOT a contract between the dentist and the insurance company. Ultimate responsibility for payment is yours.

Our administrative staff and insurance coordinator will provide all necessary documentation to assist you in receiving your dental insurance benefits.

Financial Arrangements

Several options of payment are available for our patients. Our office manager is responsible to work with you in establishing financial arrangements. We promise to work within your financial budget. Visa and Master Card options are available, as well as the Care Credit program.

Periodontal examination, treatment and routine requirements are handles on a fee for service basis.
